The Navian is an upcoming residential development that is located in Eunos, Eastern Region of Singapore. This freehold project is located in the serenity of Jalan Eunos and it is right at the end of the road. Its address is 178 to 184 Jalan Eunos.  The site of The Navian is located in between EuHabitat, another private residential development. The Navian comprises of individual lots of 178, 180A, 180, 182 and 184 Jalan Eunos. The 178 and 180A Jalan Eunos sites, with a combined site area of approximately 17,236 square feet, were acquired in February 2016 whereas the 3 other sites i.e. 180, 182 and 184 Jalan Eunos, with a combined size of 7,685 square feet, were acquired in September 2016. These make The Navian with a total size area of approximately 24,921 square feet and a gross plot ratio of 1.4. These acquisitions were done by Singapore Developer, Roxy-Pacific Holdings through its subsidiary RH Eunos. The completion date for The Navian is estimated to be around end of 2020. Upon completion, it will house a total of 48 exclusive residential units and at 6 storeys tall. Other developments that are within The Navian’s vicinity include Singa Hills, Tropika East, Starville, Windy Heights, Grosvenor View, Astor, Levenue @ Lengkok Empat, Escada View and Vacanza @ East.

The Navian is approximately 800 m away from Kaki Bukit MRT Station. The station, which operates the Downtown MRT Line, started its operation in October 2017. Future residents of The Navian just need to travel towards West by 2 stations to arrive at the Macpherson MRT Interchange Station where the MRT Circle Line is readily available. Future residents will also arrive at the Tampines MRT Interchange Station with 4 stations towards the East direction where they could easily transit to the East West Line. For those driving, The Navian is approximately 17 minutes’ drive to the Orchard Shopping Belt. Those who work in the Central Business District (CBD), it will take them approximately 18 minutes’ drive to arrive at their workplace. Drivers can easily connect to the Pan Island Expressway (PIE) using the nearby Bedok Reservoir Road via the main arterial road, Eunos Link. This expressway is also easily linked to the Kallang Paya Lebar Expressway (KPE) and the Central Expressway (CTE) which makes driving a breeze.

In terms of dining, shopping and leisure amenities, future residents of The Navian can take a short drive down to the Paya Lebar Central where a number of shopping malls are located. There is the Paya Lebar Square next to the Paya Lebar MRT Station.  The Paya Lebar Quarter, which house residential, grade A offices and also shopping mall is also due to be completed in around 2018. This shopping mall will provide future residents of The Navian with lots of shopping and dining options. A short walk from the Paya Lebar MRT Station will also bring the future residents of The Navian to One KM Mall, another popular shopping mall in its vicinity. Schools that are within The Navian’s vicinity include Eunos Primary School, Maha Bodhi School, Telok Kurau Primary School, East Coast Primary School, St Stephen’s School, Damai Primary School, Haig Girls School, Manjusri Secondary School, Bedok North Secondary School and also Ping Yi Secondary School.
