The Florence Residences is an upcoming residential development that is located in Hougang Estate, North Eastern Region of the island. The site of The Florence Residences sits in the junction Hougang Avenue 2 and Florence Road. It is also just next to The Florentine and also opposite of the landed estates of Florence Green and Florence Terraces. The site of The Florence Residences belongs to the former HUDC estate. The plot was successfully acquired by Chinese developer, Logan Property (Singapore), during a collective by private treaty in 2017. It was the second site that the Hong Kong Listed Logan Property had acquired in Singapore.

The development was built over the former 366-unit HUDC Florence Regency at Hougang Avenue 2. Florence Regency, previously one of the few remaining privatised HUDC estates in the North East region, was sold to Logan Property Developers for $629 million, granting each owner gross proceeds of between $1.84 million and $1.89 million.
