Jansen House @ Kovan

The site of Jansen House has previously belonged to Jansen Mansion, a low-rise private residential apartment, that was constructed in the 1990. It had a total of 12 apartment units. The site of Jansen Mansion was put up for enbloc sale in 2018, 2021 and 2022. The first attempts were unsuccessful.  Back in 2018, its reserved price was at $22 million and in 2021 its reserved price was lowered to $19.8 million.
