Liv @ MB is an upcoming residential development that is located in District 15, East Region of Singapore. The site is in the junction of Mountbatten Road and Arthur Road. Bukit Sembawang’s winning bid is translated to a land price of $1,280 per square foot per plot ratio with a top up price of approximately $60 million for a fresh new 99 years lease. Each owner if the typical units at the former Katong Park Towers will be expecting a pay out of $2.25 million to $3,23 million while those penthouse owners will be expecting to receive between $4.95 million to $12.08 million.

This land parcel which has approximately 140,758 square feet of land size has the potential to be redeveloped into residential buildings to as high as 24 storeys based on the guidelines for Master Plan 2014. Coupled with its close proximity to the upcoming MRT Station and strategic locality, it is no doubt why it drew the interests of so many developers.
