This MRT service line starts its route from Expo MRT Interchange Station located in Changi Business Park before moving north bound toward the Tampines Region Centre before it continues to Kaki Bukit and Kampong Ubi industrial parks and continues generally westwards direction to the Geylang Bahru estate. This MRT service line then intercrosses itself between Jalan Besar and Bencoolen MRT Stations.
