The Maisons is a freehold project situated in the North East Region. It is just outside the Central Region and right on the City edge. The Maisons is about 500 m away from Woodleigh (NE11) Train Station. Serangoon Interchange is just 1 stop away which commuters can transit to the Circle Line at ease. Its future residents can also get to access multiple bus services available at the Serangoon Bus Interchange which is just next to the Serangoon Train Station. It will take only a 7 minutes’ train ride to get to Orchard using the available train service at Woodleigh MRT Station. The Maisons is close to the Central Expressway (CTE) which connects to the Pan Island Expressway (PIE). The Maisons is just opposite of the former Bidadari Cemetery Plot which is slated to become a residential estate. The Government has plans to turn it into another town just like Bishan. The only problem about The Maisons currently, is the lack of amenities, such as food centre and supermarket, within walking distances. But once the Bidadari site is developed, we can expect there will be plenty amenities flourishing up for which will be great for The Maison‘s future residents.

The development of the Bidadari plot will also benefits The Maisons in terms of future growth in value. As for rental demand, the current trend is moving towards city fringe.
