Tedge Condo is an upcoming residential development that is located in District 15, Katong area. This location is within the Marine Parade Planning Area. Tedge condo at Changi is developed by the Macly Group. Macly Group is a Singapore based company that is the business of real estate development.  The company is founded in 1987 and has good track record of developing cluster housing, commercial, mixed-use development, condominiums and apartments projects. Between 2004 and 2011, the company has launched and development over 20 projects in Singapore with the number commercial and residential units totaling to over 1000.
