The site was owned by late Chiam Heng Luan’s decedents. Sloane Court Hotel was a 2 storeys high building which comprised of 32 guest rooms. It was estimated to be constructed in 1960 and will be tearing down to make way for the Sloane Residences. The site was sold with a price tag of $80.5 million which was one of the highest collective sales.
