Provence Residence EC is an upcoming Executive Condominium project that is located in Sembawang Planning Area, North Region of Singapore. It is in the junction of Sembawang Road and Canberra Link. The site of Provence Residence EC is among the 4 pieces of land parcels that are zoned for redevelopment for Executive Condominiums in Sembawang Planning Zone located at Canberra Link. These 4 sites, which are under the care of the Housing Development Board, are all walking distances to the MRT Station and short driving time to the downtown financial hub.
