Parkwood Residences is an upcoming residential development that is located in Yio Chu Kang, North East Region of Singapore. Its site is bounded by Yio Chu Kang Road and Limbok Terrace. Parkwood Residences is opposite of Serangoon North Avenue 1 Park which is right across Yio Chu Kang Road. It is also opposite of The Waterline. The site of Parkwood Residences previously belonged to Toho Green which was completed in 1993. Its site was acquired by Oxley Garnet, a subsidiary of Oxley Holdings in 2017. Oxley Garnet had bought all the six units available at Toho Green. Parkwood Residences has a total land area of approximately 1,313.3 sqm and with a gross plot ratio of 1.4. Upon completion, this 99 years leasehold site will comprise of low rise residential development.  Other developments that are within Parkwood Residences’s vicinity include The Top Residences, Forest Woods, Bliss @ Kovan, Kovan Regency, The Tembusu, Trilive, Stars of Kovan, Kovan Residences, Kovan Melody, Jade Residences and Sovereign @ Simon.

The development is approximately 400 m away from the upcoming Serangoon North MRT Station which is scheduled to be completed in 2029. Till then, it will operate Singapore’s newest subway line which is the MRT Cross Island Line. This MRT line will pass by the Bright Hill MRT Interchange Station, the Ang Mo Kio MRT Interchange Station, the Hougang MRT Interchange Station and the Pasir Ris MRT Station.
