Ola EC is an upcoming executive condominium that is located at Anchorvale Crescent, North East Region of the island.  The site is in the junction of Anchorvale Crescent and Anchorvale Street. It is next to The Vales, another executive condominium development and opposite of the upcoming Sengkang Community Hospital.  The development is near to the established Sengkang Regional Centre where many infinite possibilities await for the entire family.

This plot of land was introduced in 2018 by Urban Redevelopment Authority (URA) as part of the Government Land Sales program (GLS) for 2nd half of 2018. New Condo has an estimated site area of 1.71 hectares and a gross plot ratio of 3.0. This 99 years leasehold development will yield approximately 515 private apartment units upon its completion.

The tender was closed on 14 September 2018 with a total of 7 bids submitted by interested parties. The joint submission of Gamuda (Singapore) and Evia Real Estate has topped the tender with the winning bid of $318.89 million just marginally winning the second higher bidder CNQC Realty by just $899. This translated to $576 per square foot per plot ratio.

The completion date for Ola EC is scheduled to be in December 2023. Upon completion, it will comprise of 9 blocks of 16 storeys high residential buildings with a total of of 548 apartment units. The demand for Ola EC is likely to be strong given that the competition for executive condominiums is low. The last launch for Executive Condominium project in the Sengkang area was in 2018 which was fully sold with a short period of time from the preview then.

The Piermont Grand EC was the only new Executive Condominium launch 2019 and by 2020 most of the units should be already taken up. So by the time the Ola EC has its launch, the demand for executive condominium is likely to be overwhelmed.

One of the appealing factors for the location of the Ola EC will be its easy access to a plethora of amenities. The popular Nau Chiau Primary School which is considered as one of the top primary schools in the Punggol and Sengkang district is situated within 1 km from this development. An approximately of 600 m away with just about 8 to 9 minutes of walking will get kids from the development to their school.

The Sengkang estate is an established but yet modern residential enclave which is equipped with a comprehensive suite of amenities. The location of Ola EC is at Anchorvale Crescent which belongs to the established Sengkang HDB estate. This estate is adjoining to the Punggol estate as well as the upcoming Punggol Digital District.
