The site of North Gaia EC was launched as part of the confirmed list for the Government Land Sales (GLS) exercise for the 1st half of 2020. This land parcel is the one site for EC development since year 2014, which could see pent-up demand from home buyers and upgraders.

This MRT service line is a piecemeal loop from Central Area’s Marina South Pier MRT Station.
