Highlights of LiiV Residences

The development is tucked away in the cul-de-sac of the Pasir Panjang Road. To its right will be a bungalow and the left is just a 2 lane small road which is also name Pasir Panjang Road. And right across that road belongs to a row of landed properties. There are landed properties that are in front of the development also. And right behind the development is West Coast Highway. There is no side gate that is built near the West Coast Highway. To access to there, residents just need to take a short walk out to the main Pasir Panjang Road and turn towards the Science Park Road. Along the way they will find Shell Petrol Station where they could get some of their groceries from.

The shape of the site is in a rectangular shape with the facilities located on the top floor. The development is approximately 900 m away from the Haw Par Villa MRT Station. This MRT station will be operating the MRT Circle Line. These 2 MRT stations will be completion and in full operation in year 2025. These 3 MRT stations will link up the “circle” of the MRT Circle Line by connecting from the Harbourfront MRT Interchange Station directly with the Marina Bay MRT Interchange Station. By then this will provide a direct MRT route without the hassle of changing MRT line straight to the Downtown financial district.

For drivers, the development is approximately 20 minutes away from the Central Business District (CBD). The development is also approximately 15 minutes’ drive from the Jurong Lake District which will be the up and coming 2nd CBD for Singapore. Getting to both the CBD and the Jurong Lake District, future residents just need to head to the nearby West Coast Highway which is just 1 minute drive from the development.

For those who prefer to have their retail therapy, the development is just approximately 20 minutes’ drive away. Future residents just need to drive to the nearby Ayer Rajah Expressway (AYE) to enable them to do so.
