This plot of land was successfully acquired by Hong Kong listed company, Shun Tak Holdings in June 2018. With a gross plot ratio of 1.4, Shun Tak Holdings will be able to redevelop the plot into a brand new luxurious residential development with a total gross floor area of up to 93,033 square feet.  The acquisition price for this land parcel was at $218 million which is translated to $2,744 per square foot per plot ratio which include the development charge.
