Rendering to the developer, this acquisition, together with the other land plot which belong former to Park House (now known as Park Nova), that was also acquired during the same period will allow enhancement to the group’s existing Singapore’s portfolio which comprised commercial and hotel. These acquisitions will add the residential element into the mix. The group has been actively looking for opportunities for investment beyond its home base of Greater China and Singapore’s robust growth posed as one of its strategic emphasis according to the Executive Chairman of Shun Tak Holdings.

Transport Network
As of current, the nearest MRT station to Les Maisons Nassim will be Orchard MRT Station. This MRT Station operates one of the pioneering MRT lines of Singapore’s Mass Rapid Transit Network which will be the MRT North South Line.
