The condo facility deck was designed by Okashimo Pte Ltd, founded by Dr. Colin K. Okashimo, a sculptor, landscape architect and master planner, who was awarded the President’s Designer Award Singapore in 2015 by President Tony Tan. As a tribute to the NAW Company building, Okashimo has created site specific signature sculptures together with the design of the environment, both inspired by the research of the building’s history as a bottling factory from 1954 until 1999. Crafted specially  by Dr. Okashimo himself the scuplture which follows the styel of  Miami art-déco with bottles  with pastel colours of blue, yellow and pink.The artwork is in two complimenting forms: the ‘bottles’ are a positive clay fired form and the other ones are ‘bottle voids’ which are negative impressions of the same bottle. Drawing upon the notions of a factory, bottles are in a type of production line with shelves and boxes giving a sense of things being ‘assembled’ and ‘crated’ for distribution. The facility deck is also featured with a sunken viewing enclave with stepped casual seating offering residents and their guests a place to retreat with a view to the iconic flag staff on the old factory and the river and open space beyond. On the facility deck, a 24 m infinity swimming  pool that provides continuous views that extend to Kallang River proivding the residents a feel of therapeutic space.
