The MRT East West Line is of high-capacity and approximately 57.2 kilometres in length. This MRT service line is currently the longest serving the MRT network It serves a total of 35 MRT Stations and started its operation since 1987. The MRT line crosses the Singapore island from the eastern tip of Pasir RIs to the western end of the Tuas Link via the central of Singapore.
