Hyll On Holland is an upcoming residential development that is located high-end District 10, Core Central Region of the island. The site is next to The Estoril and is bounded by Holland Hill and Holland Road. It is also opposite of Holland Hill Lodge and Holland Hill Park which are just right across Holland Hill. Both these freehold land parcels were successfully acquired by a joint venture between Hong Kong listed company, Far East Consortium International (FEC) and Singapore based Koh Brothers Group through a collective sale exercises for both land parcels in 2018. The land parcel of Hollandia was purchased with $183.38 million which was translated to $1703 per square foor per plot ratio. While the winning bid for The Estoril $223.9 million which was translated to $1654 per square foot per plot ratio.

Other developments that are within Hyll On Holland’s vicinity include Parksuites, Viz at Holland, Lush On Holland Hill, Parvis, The Enclave Holland, Holland Suites, Holland Residences, 15 Holland Hill, Leedon Residences, D’Leedon, Wilshire Residences, Leedon Green, Pollen and Bleu and Van Holland.

By combining the 2 small plots, the developer has created a larger piece of land for this residential development. There will be a single residential project on this land parcel and the total gross floor area for it will be approximately 242,000 square feet.

This should have enhancement on the development’s value given that new site of this kind of good sizing with freehold status are uncommonly found.  This also implicates that more gardens and facilities can be included to this development with more households sharing the maintenance fees.
