DNest is an new residential project that is located along Pasir Ris Avenue 8, Eastern Region of Singapore. Its site is bounded by the Tampines Expressway and Pasir Ris Drive 6. It is next to The Palette and is one of the 4 developments that sits in the private residential enclave along Pasir Ris Avenue 1. The other 2 developments are NV Residences and Livia. The estimated completion date for DNest is end of 2017. This big scale project will comprise of 12 blocks of housings with each block between 11 storeys to 13 storeys height. Upon completion, DNest will comprises of 912 residential units. The unit mix at DNest include 1 bedroom unit to 5 bedroom dual key unit and also penthouses. The unit size start from 484 square feet for 1 bedroom unit to 3455 square feet for 6 bedroom dual key penthouse. 

DNest is about 700m away from Pasir Ris Train station which operates the East West Line train service. It takes less than 25 minutes to the downtown via train from DNest. There are also numerous bus services available at the Pasir Ris Bus Terminal which is just next to the train station. As for drivers, the nearby Tampines Expressway easily connects to the various major expressways which offers a conduit of convenience when it comes to either getting to downtown Singapore or island wide traveling. This public transport infrastructure makes it possible to driving to the the Central Business District in 16 minutes and the Orchard Shopping District in 17 minutes.

The Water Venture at Pasir Ris also offers various sea water sports activities which DNest residents can take part in. 

The East region is always a favourite haunt when it comes to house hunting. It basically has a status when it comes to prestige living.
