Altura EC is an upcoming Executive Condominium development that is located D23, West Region of the island. The site is under Bukit Batok Planning Area, a matured residential estate located in the eastern edge of West Region. This estate is Singapore 11th most populous planning area. Bukit Batok is surrounded by 6 other planning areas which are Tengah on its west bound, Jurong East on its southwest bound, Bukit Timah on its southeast bound, Clementi to its south, Cashew on its northeast bound and to its northwest, northeast and north will be the estate of Choa Chu Kang.
The land parcel of Altura EC was introduced in June 2021 by the Urban Redevelopment Authority as one of the 5 new sites for the Government Land Sales Programme. It was also one of the 4 sites in the Confirmed Lists for residential developments for the 2nd Half of 2021 Government Land Sale Exercise and was the only site that is for Executive Condominium development. It was launched for tender exercise in December 2021.
The site is located along Bukit Batok West Avenue 5 and next to the junction which Bukit Batok West Avenue 5 and Bukit Batok Avenue 8 intercepts it is also very close to the defunct Bukit Batok Hillside Park. The south east of the land parcel is facing towards the West Hill @ Bukit Batok, an upcoming public housing. The north east of the plot is facig the West Scape another public housing site while towards its south west and north west directions will be empty plot of lands. The land parcel has a total plot size of approximately 1.25 hectares with a gross plot ratio of 3.0 and with a tenure of 99 years leasehold.

Highlights of Altura EC
Transport Network In terms of public transport, future residents of Altura EC will be well-served by 2 nearby MRT Stations, i.e. the Bukit Gombak and the Tengah Park MRT Station. Both MRT stations are approximately 1.3 km and 1 km away respectively with just a short drive away. This fully elevated MRT Service Line will serve those areas in the West Region that is not covered by the existing MRT Service Lines. The Bukit Gombak MRT Station is an existing MRT Station that operates the MRT North South Line, one the first MRT Service Line to be completed. This high capacity MRT Service Line is approximately 45 kilometres long and runs through a total of 27 MRT Stations.

It then continues south to the city fringe of Novena and Newton before hitting the Central Area of Orchard, and City Hall. The MRT Service Line then continues to the Central Business District of Raffles Place and Marina Bay before terminating at the southern tip of Marina South Pier where the International Cruise Centre is located.
Along the route there are a few major MRT Interchange Stations where future residents can access to the rest of the MRT services lines such as Woodlands MRT Station which interchange with the MRT Thomson East Coast line, Ang Mo Kio MRT Station which will interchange with the future MRT Cross Island Line, Bishan MRT Station which interchange with the MRT Circle Line and Newton MRT Station which interchange with the MRT Downtown Line.
